SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order has shipped.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping rates will be calculated based on the total order weight at checkout. Orders are shipped via international post from Taiwan and delivered by your local postal service.

 

Shipments are trackable and require a signature upon delivery (except for US Standard Shipping). Unsuccessful deliveries will be held at your local post office. Please follow the instructions on the notice to collect your package promptly to prevent it from being returned.

Please note that your order may incur duties, taxes, or other customs-related fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on customs charges, please consult your local customs office.

Modify your order

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot make changes once an order has been processed.

Report an issue

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Returns & refunds

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at service@xococ.cc with your order number and the details of the products you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number and return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the full order amount, minus the original shipping costs, to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, unauthorized returns or packages refused at delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased from retailers other than www.xococ.cc. Please contact the customer service of the retailer where you made your purchase.
